For as long as I can remember, I have enjoyed painting. Whilst doing 'proper day jobs'  I managed to find time to paint and sell my work at exhibitions. I've studied the subject at The London Art College, Camberwell College and the University of Kent, as well as gaining inspiration and techniques from individual tutors. Now I am fortunate enough to have a studio in the beautiful city of Norwich where I can spend as much time as I wish. Here, I am painting local scenes of interest and trying to further develop my style. Currently, I enjoy painting a whole variety of subjects using a whole spectrum of media. I find inspiration from all sorts of things and squirrel away ideas for future use. I like it when given a commission to do, because I can then focus on the one area and how to tackle it. I enjoy working in my studio, but equally I like to work outside especially when the weather is good!
